Anti-Protest Bill Is Invalid Because Of Constitution

American rights are being destroyed on a weekly basis at the moment and the most recent of these is the H.R. 347 bill, which will make protests near government officials (pubic servants) illegal.

The bill was passed on Monday and could now mean that people are arrested for protesting near a government official (public servant) even if they weren’t aware they were doing so.

The new law means that something such as the recent protest by the troops who marched in support of Ron Paul, could be arrested because they marched outside the White House.

In October, the G8 is due to meet in Chicago and H.R.327 could see hundreds of thousands of people arrested for protesting and practising their first amendment right.

The first amendment of the Constitution states;

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

The US Constitution is the supreme law of the land and only amendments to it can change laws without attacking it, however nothing and no one can override these laws or ignore them.

Article. VI. Clause 2

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

The constitution also states that no law can be made which contradicts it because it will be invalid and judges cannot hold anyone to account over laws which are unconstitutional.

By reading the constitution it is clear that Obama and the current congress are in violation of it and therefore should be removed from office, with the only exception being Ron Paul.

Article. VI. Clause 3

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

The people who have passed this law are not upholding their oath to support the constitution,  but are attacking it.

Do not abide by this law as it is unconstitutional and any judge which supports it by     presiding over any case without throwing it out of court, will also be violating their oath.
